Bitcoin weakened its short-term bearish-pennant support on Wednesday, and Ethereum followed the same strong-bearish structure. While short-timeframe bullish divergence signals can create bounce risk, the larger read remains bearish while TBO and OBV continue to favor sellers.
Bitcoin support weakens while the macro trend stays bearish

BTC pierced short-term support, weakening the bearish-pennant support line. The hourly chart did print three recent TBT Bullish Divergences, but those are early reversal signals inside a macro trend that remains bearish.
Ethereum mirrors Bitcoin's risk-off structure

Ethereum remains strong bearish and appears to be waiting on Bitcoin for the next major directional move. The weekly chart is still bearish across TBO, OBV, and RSI, with RSI sitting in oversold territory.
Dominance flows continue to pressure altcoins

Combined stablecoin dominance remains strong bullish and pushed higher on Wednesday, although it has not yet reached the 13% accumulation trigger area. Bitcoin dominance also jumped about 0.49% while OTHERS.D dropped about 1.49%, a combination that usually hurts altcoin breadth.
Altcoin market-cap charts are still on breakdown watch

TOTALES remains strong bearish on the daily chart. TOTALE50 dropped to TBO Support but did not close below it, while TOTALE100 wicked into support. A clean loss of these levels would likely bring new TBO Breakdown signals across the alt market.
TradFi risk signals add pressure

The DXY remains strong bullish and is pressing toward TBO Resistance. The VIX closed above the 22 rejection zone, major U.S. indices printed TBO Close Long warnings, and gold closed down 4.41% while printing a TBO Breakdown.
Altcoin standouts are mostly caution signals

HYPE printed a TBO Close Long that works as both a take-profit reminder and a bearish reversal warning. XMR has bounced back to the daily TBO Fast line after tagging support, MORPHO is approaching a possible resistance retest, and DEXE is the cleaner Springboard Bounce watch after retracing to the Fast line.
